Meeting called to order by President Chris Engebretsen

1.Secretaries Report: motion made by Tom Lietz to accept the April minutes as read and second by Gary Pemrich carried

2. Treasures Report We have $15,462.08 motion made to accept the report as read by Bruce Mommaerts and second by Kay Lietz carried.

New Business
3. Leonard Bajorek would like to work with our club to extend the 4 wheeler trails to go into the Machickanee Motion made by Tom Lietz to table this until next meeting second by Shane Rank carried

4. Motion made by Bruce Mommaerts to change the bi-law That our year goes from January to December second by Tom Lietz carried.

5. Motion made by Gary Pemrich to donate $1000.00 to Discover Wisconsin for promoting 4 wheeling in Gillett second by Brandon Miller carried.

6. Motion made by Shane Rank to have Gary check into what kind of CD are available to put our next loan payment into second by Burce Mommaerts carried.

7.Motion made by Tome Lietz that all bills get paid once month after they are approved at the club meeting second by Brandon Miller carried.

8. Motion made by Bruce Mommaerts that the board of directors set up a budget second by Tom Lietz carried

9.Motion made by Shane Rank that we donate $200.00 to the Gillett Ambulance Service second by Vicki Engebretsen carried.

10. Motion made by Gary Pemrich to put out can for land and Bruce Mommaerts is writing the slogan that will be put on the cans second Todd Rudie carried.

11. Everyone in charge of an event needs to make a list for how many people are needed .

12. Motion made by Tom Leitz to apply for the Polaris Grand and have Bruce Mommaerts look into other sources for grants. Motion was amended to include the site map. Second by Dick Rudie carried.

13. Dallas gave report on swap meet.

14.Bruce Mommaerts gave a report on the Jack and Jill event.

15. Work day on the trail is Wednesday night May 16th start in Suring end in Gillett.

16. Chris E. Opened up a safety deposit box at PNB.

17. Volunteers needed to work for the 4th of July event.

18 Brice Rank: lawn care two times month for $35.00 a time
