Vice President, Shane Rank called the meeting to order. |

Secretary's Report Jordan Rank made a motion to approve the 11-6-06 minutes, second by Dick Rudie, carried. |

3. |
Treasurer's Report Gary Pemrich shared the current balance. Payments were made, including the first loan payment. There have been some new members and our club members now are from as far away as Illinois , with members from Milwaukee , Kenosha , and Green Bay too. Brandon Miller made a motion to approve the Treasurer's Report, second by Jesse Jenerou, carried. Chris Engebretsen arrived and chaired the meeting from this point forward. |

Christmas in the ParkBonnie reported that there was a profit after all bills had been paid. Tom Lietz made a motion to do the food again if GBA wants the club to do so, second by Steve Wetzel, carried. |

Bonnie Wetzel made a motion for our club president to speak to the GBA president to discuss the feasibility of planting a permanent tree for the display and to talk to the city Park Committee about it, second by Gary Pemrich, carried. |

5. |
ATV Park Committee Report the Executive Committee had met and included the city's Planning Committee chair because the area may need to be rezoned. Also, it was discovered that a large portion of the area may be designated as wetlands. On December 6, the DNR wetlands specialist will be here to walk through the area. |

ATV Adventure Weekend |

Committees Brandon Miller reported that RGI will not be part of the weekend's events for next year. He suggested that our club form committees for the various events and that the committee chairs serve as the point of first contact for anything related to the weekend to help with communication. Troy Kohn made a motion to approve the following committees and chairs, second by Jesse Jenerou, carried. |

It was mentioned that we also need to start putting together a budget for the weekend's events. The following additional committee member was approved by Troy Kohn, second by Gary Pemrich, carried. |

Sponsorships Gary Pemrich mentioned that we need to start getting together what we want to do with sponsorships as he is already getting inquiries about the event. |

Map Report -- Perry handed out a rough draft of a map that he had put together. Due to the possible route changes through the city, this item will be put on hold at this time. |

ATV Capital Report Gary, Shane, and Brandon gave an update on the work of this committee. A trademark designating Gillett at the ATV Capital of the World has been applied for. An oversight committee needs to be put in place, and they are working on a logo. Bonnie Wetzel made a motion that the club president speaks to the GBA president about GBA purchasing new banners for the light poles on Main Street with the new trademark, second by Tom Lietz, carried. |

Other Events there were none to report |

Election of Officers/January Meeting Chris will run the nominations for the January meeting. The open slots are President, Secretary, and one Director position. Perry is willing to continue as Director. Chris wasn't sure about remaining as President, and Kaye is not able to continue as Secretary. Brandon Miller said that if no one else was willing to serve as President then he would be willing to do so. |

Other Business an update was given on trail work that was done from the Flower Shoppe south. Culverts were put in on the trail. There are bills to be paid for the work done on the trail. Troy Kohn made a motion to approve the bills presented for trail work, second by Buck Rank, carried. |

New Business a price quote was received for a land survey, but it was tabled at this time. The deeds are in so we own the property and need to get insurance. |

|
Saturday, January 6 th at 8:00 am is the clean up for Christmas in the Park. All members should help as the club is getting paid by the GBA for set-up and clean-up. |
